How Can I Get My Wife Back After We Split Up?

If you have broken up from your wife and don't have the money to fund huge romantic gestures, don't worry, here are the top things you can do to answer the plea - get my wife back.

Firstly, work out how much money you have to spend. Once you are clear of your guidelines, working out how to spend it will be much easier. Most girls love diamonds and flowers and chocolates, but if you cannot afford such luxuries, go for the next best thing. Buy her the biggest (or most) chocolate bars that she considers to be her favorite. Buy her a scented candle that smells of her favorite flower or other fragrance, or if you can, buy her a large scented candle.

One of the best ideas that I would personally love, is for a man to produce a basket of gifts. For those men out there that have no idea where to start, buy yourself a basket or box, cover it with her favorite colored paper, or buy the box in that color, fill it with small, cheap goodies, tie a ribbon around it and add an "I love you" card. If you are thinking "How can I get my wife back?" this is a definite winner! You can check out "free stuff" websites for fillings for this basket. There are many websites out there on the internet that list massive selection of free goodies that you enter your address in for, and then they promptly arrive at your doorstep. This will also give you a couple of weeks in which you can both calm down and chill out, and then work out what you both want from your relationship.

These free stuff websites will give you everything from make up and other cosmetic products, to teddy bears and even chocolates. They come in sample sizes, and you can also get whole, full sized products as well, and these would be perfect for popping into your big apology basket. If you have a little money left over, you can go out and buy her favorite chocolate bar to put in there, or buy a small bear and spray it with her favorite fragrance etc.

The options for you to get your wife back on a budget are endless, and the only thing that is stopping you is your imagination. The internet contains a wealth of information on buying gifts and suchlike on a budget, so why not adapt these ideas for your mission? Type " how to get my wife back" in any search engine, and the results will be overwhelming. All you need is the time and the inclination to do it.

If you love your wife that much and you are dead set on getting her back, do not sit there asking yourself "how to get my wife back," do something about it. Thinking about it will get you nowhere, you actually have to get up off your backside and try them out!

FurReal, FurReal Friends, FurReal Newborn Luv Cubs - Teddy Bears of the Future?

The author of this article owns an online Toy Store called ToyGrotto (www.toygrotto.net) and would like to enlighten readers about the fantastic FurReal range which includes Fur Real Friends (FurReal Friends), Fur Real Newborn Luv Cubs (FurReal Newborn Luv Cubs), Fur Real Luv Cubs (FurReal), Fur Real Kitten (FurReal Kitten) and Fur Real Newborn Bunnies (FurReal Newborn Bunnies.

Do readers remember the days when a teddy bear was just a teddy bear - it lay there and didn't move or talk? Well I think it is safe to say that when Fur Real (FurReal) entered the toy market that the end of the traditional teddy bears was on the horizon.

It as to be said that the Fur Real (FurReal) range is fantastic and is proving very popular sales wise. These toys have been made so that the animals in the range actually replicate the noises and movement of real animals. The FurReal Newborn Bunnies for instance move their head and open their eyes when you stroke their backs. The fact that the child is able to interact with these toys in order to provoke action out of them is fantastic.

The FurReal Luv Cubs are one of the most popular FurReal (Fur Real) items in the range. These huggable cubs produce giggle and crying sounds and move their arms, head and face. Interactive sensors enable the cubs to respond to feeding, tickling and hugging. Incredibly a bottle is also included for feeding.

Technology is evolving and toys are evolving with it, whether those toys may be DVD board games or teddy bears. It is just so nice to see that traditional toys are becoming modern and not being eliminated.

Mother's Day Gift Basket Ideas For Mom With a Hobby

With another year comes another Mother's Day. It can be stressful as you try to find the perfect gift for mom. After all, she's a fun and special lady and you want to show your appreciation with a thoughtful gift. Luckily, because she's such an interesting person, she probably has a hobby to match. A hobby is an excellent place to start when it comes to getting a gift, and creating a gift basket is a brilliant way to make a present even more interesting. With that in mind, here are three hobbies and the corresponding gift basket you can make for Mother's Day.

If Mom's a gardener

If the mom in your life has a thriving garden that she works hard on, then this is the gift basket for her. You'll just need a couple of things. First, for the center of the gift basket, you should get some garden implements. A trowel and a pair of gardening gloves would be a great start. You can also get a book on gardening; just try to find something that matches her specific interest. For example, if you know she's focusing on an organic garden, get her a book on organic gardening.

To fill in the rest of the basket, seed packets work as a great filler. Once again, try and get types that you think she's interested in growing. If she likes to plant fruits and veggies, get her seeds for strawberries, tomatoes, snap peas, chives, or carrots (just to name a few). Or maybe she has a beautiful ornamental flower garden. In that case your seed packets could include daisies, roses, pansies, daffodils, and sunflowers. Pick out things you think she'll enjoy in her garden, and you'll have a fantastic Mother's Day Gift Basket.

The Mom Who Collects

If you've got a mom who enjoys collecting something, then getting her things to fill her gift basket should be easy. Just for an example, let's say she collects stuffed animals. First, you should get a medium to large stuffed animal. This will be the "backbone" of your gift basket, as you'll put it to the back and center of the basket. Try to keep her tastes in mind too when picking out the plush toy. If she only collects teddy bears, then get her a teddy bear. Or, if she uses her stuffed animal collection as home decoration, then make sure the plush bear, dolphin, or whatever you get her matches the decor.

Now you have a couple of choices for filling the rest of the basket. If you want to really carry on the Mother's Day theme, then get some smaller stuffed animals of the same species as your large one. Then you have "mother" and "children." Or you could even fill the extra basket space with flowers, real or fake, depending on your (or her) preference.

The Mom Who Cooks

Or maybe you've got a mom who's got a passion for cooking. She experiments with recipes and makes some amazing dishes. The first thing you should get her for her gift basket is a nice recipe box or an album for recipes. If you really want to be thoughtful, you can even copy down her recipes into the box/album for her.

To fill the rest of the basket get some cooking staples. These can include any combination of oven mitts, cooking utensils, olive oil or herbs and spices. Make sure to get high quality ingredients so that mom has the basics to match her high quality cooking.

So there you go! Three hobbies and the corresponding gift baskets you can make! Once you've done that get some cellophane wrap and some ribbon and finish wrapping the basket. These finishing touches will really make your Mother's Day gift attractive aesthetically too! Now mom can have a very happy Mother's Day.

Small Local Business Becomes Worldwide Exporter Thanks to Me to You Bears and Tatty Teddies

Me To You Bears, also known as tatty teddies are extremely popular in the UK, where they're readily available in the high streets. There aren't many boyfriends who haven't at some time bought a me to you product for their girlfriend, and though it's a common gift, a me to you bear is a favourite of many. A small company from the north of England has created a business selling me to you bears throughout the world, shipping to homes, businesses and deployed armed forces from America to India to Australia.

Though Say It With Bears sell an extensive range of teddy bears of many many different brands and types, me to you bears are the most popular and sought after. Initially, Say It With Bears only offered a few in this range, and had to limit stock due to being a small company, but as they grew, the range expanded rapidly and they now offer one of the biggest ranges of me to you bears online.

Not content with simply shipping generic teddy bears, Say It With Bears eventually branched out into personalisation of teddy bears. Me to you bears can be personalised with a unique personalised ribbon which can be printed with a personal message, or you can have the jumper on selected Me To You bears stitched with a personal message. Say It With Bears have shipped teddies for apologies, proposals, get well wishes and many many other special occasions. The range of occasions for which me to you bears have been sent has a gift has surprised the owners of this small local business.

If you're one of the few people who aren't crazy about me to you and the many collectible products within the range, Say It With Bears also offer personalisation on all of their other bears from manufacturers such as Elliot and Buttons, Gund, Kaloo and Russ.

Sunbury Antiques Market

Although I write regularly about the world famous Portobello Road antique market in Notting Hill, West London, it certainly isn't the only hunting ground in London for all things antique and vintage. One of the best market for antiques and vintage; vintage clothes, vintage accessories, vintage textiles, vintage homewares and vintage furniture within easy reach of London is the Sunbury Antiques Market usually held on the second and last Tuesday of each month at Kempton Park Racecourse.

Sue Cruttenden's, bi-monthly, Sunbury Antiques Market has been held at Kempton Park since 1979. Up to seven hundred stallholders may attend on any market day. Two indoor areas beneath the stands will be packed with up to three hundred and fifty tables laden with vintage and antique objects of all kinds. While outside a very large area can hold another three hundred and fifty cars and vans spilling out their wares onto tables and the ground. There are many regulars, some of whom seem to bring the same stock year in year out, leaving one wondering how they make a living, but most are keen to turn over as much as possible on the day and prices reflect that. There are always a number of occasional arrivals too. Some will spend months gathering a vanload of goods, while others, first timers, may just be clearing granny's house. Continental dealers arrive regularly in large vans loaded with French and Belgian vintage treasures, attracting vintage clothing and fabric buyers, stylists and homemakers.

The doors open at 6.30 a.m. and hundreds of dealers, many of whom will have been waiting around for hours, will flood in. Some will rush to favoured stands, whether inside or outside, where crushes develop, particularly outdoors as many of the open-air stallholders will still be unpacking. Whatever you collect, or buy and sell, Kempton will have dealers offering it, whether antique or vintage. You will find oriental porcelain and works of art, silver and silver plate, paintings, furniture, English pottery and porcelain, continental pottery and porcelain, furniture, vintage clothing, vintage textiles and fabrics, vintage accessories, collectible toys, dolls, teddy bears and jewellery.

There are two very good reason why the Kempton Park, Sunbury Antique Market became a big success. Firstly there are no entry fees and there's a large free car park. Unlike organisers of so many antique fairs Ms Cruttenden has, very wisely, refrained from trying to make extra profits from entry charges, including early entry, realising that it's better to have a large loyal following of both stallholders and buyers. Even if I go away empty handed, which isn't often, I never feel disgruntled because I was charged fifteen or twenty pounds entry. Secondly Kempton is a market for serious dealers and collectors. Unlike Portobello Road, Covent Garden and Camden Lock it doesn't pander to tourists, so there is very little reproduction on offer and almost no crafts or new clothing. An added bonus is the outside pitches are on hard standing and even in wet weather there is no mud.

Coffee, tea and bacon rolls are available on site either outside or in the large stand and at the nearby Tesco store a good, cheap breakfast can be bought prior to your drive back to London.

Toys in the Early 1900s

The early 1900s were very different from today. Toys, though they have evolved in many ways, were still the delight of children everywhere. Explore the history of toys, as charted by the History website.

Theodore Roosevelt's Presidency marks the beginning of the "Teddy Bear." In the year 1902, toy bears were named "Teddy" after the president's nickname. The Teddy Bear became known world wide, and is still known and loved today. It was only a few years later when the Teddy Bears were mass produced.

Crayola crayons were made for the first time ever in 1903 by Edwin Binney and C. Harold Smith.

In 1913, an item called the Erector Set was invented. It was a steel, motorized toy that children could use to build models of just about anything. Its creator was A.C. Gilbert, a medical doctor.

Charles Pajeau created a similar wooden set called Tinker Toys in the year 1914. Tinker Toys was made for younger children.

Raggedy Ann dolls first came on the scene after newspaper cartoonist Johnny Gruelle reproduced the doll he made for his daughter. That was in 1915.

The following year, an architect's son named John Lloyd Wright, invented Lincoln Logs, which were interlocked to make structures.

Polystyrene was invented in 1927, and it is the kind of plastic that was used for making toys in the early days.

Two years after Mickey Mouse was created (which was in 1928), stuffed Mickey Mouse dolls were made by Charlotte Clark. This was the start of Disney merchandise.

The yo-yo became popular in the United States after Donald Duncan bought a yo-yo company in 1929.

Scrabble was developed from a game called Criss Cross, invented by Alfred M. Butts in 1931. It became known as Scrabble after James Brunot bought the rights from Butts, and trademarked the game with this new name. Now more than a million Scrabble games are purchased every year in North America.

In 1935, the Parker Brothers introduced Monopoly. This game is so popular today that there are many different clones of this game, many of which are just as popular.

The View-Master, a three dimensional viewer was developed by a camera enthusiast named William Gruber. The toy became popular when Gruber licensed Disney characters to make still, 3-D images from Disney movies and television programs.

Finally, in 1940, model airplanes were mass produced. They started out as a way for manufacturers to sell planes to the military, but later caught on as a toy.

The toys that we know and love today have had their roots from these ancient times. Isn't it interesting to know that if it weren't for all these creative people most of the games you know today, would never have been?

Magical Toy Box

Children love to play all the time. Little girls love to play with Barbie dolls, teddy bears and those cute magical wands. Boys love to play with cars, trains, and construction toys like dump trucks and bulldozers. Indeed, play is an important activity for the kids but along with it comes tons of stuffs. Toys accumulate over time. Before you know it, their bedroom will be littered with so many toys. To solve this toy clutter dilemma, put a toy box in the child's bedroom.

A kid's toy box can make all those children's toy magically disappear. Well, it is essential to keep the children's bedroom neat to make it look comfortable and relaxing. Clutter can cause undue stress, not only to the parents, but more importantly to the children. Plus, toys scattering on the floor can be potential risks for injuries. Children might injure their foot by accidentally stepping on the toys or they might slip or fall as a result of toys blocking their way. Aside from these, it is also important to teach the children to be responsible with their things. Teach kids early how to organize and keep their things safe and in order.

With a toy box, little boys can turn into pirates and stash all those valuable toys into the treasure chest. Little girls can be coaxed to hide those dolls inside a magical box. Keeping toys become so much easier with a toy box. With a flip on the lid, children and parents alike, can just throw all the stuff inside the box to hide them making the children's bedroom mess free, safe and more relaxing.

How Valuable are Your Teddies?

For collectors, the most valuable teddy bears are those from the pre-1939 'golden age', when all the bears were handmade. As these teddies were expensive even at the time, it is hardly a surprise that one in good condition will be worth thousands or even tens of thousands today.

In general, the rule with teddy valuation is that the older the teddy is, the more money it will be worth. If you had bought a teddy in 1902 from the New York shop that coined the name, you would be able to sell it for hundreds of thousands today.

However, it is not only the early 20th century bears that can be very valuable. 1930s teddies that do special things - walking or dancing, for example - can also be worth a significant amount, especially if they are still working, as these bears were not produced for very long and it is difficult to find one in good condition.

If you own a hand-made pre-1939 teddy bear, the best thing to do is to take it to a professional valuer, and get it insured for the value if it turns out to be worth a lot. If you want to sell it, the valuer should be able to help you by suggesting names of auction houses or interested buyers, and will often be willing to guide you expertly through the entire selling process for a cut of the final sale price.

There are also a few teddy bears that are valuable because they are from the 1970s teddy bear revival, when artists with fond memories of hand-made teddies started producing them this way again. However, very few of these bears were produced, and most that do exist are in the hands of collectors, so your chances of finding one are very slim.

7 Key Points For An Event Planning Checklist

About two or three weeks before the shower, you should put on your event planning checklist the following:

Make sure you not only have the final guest list but also have enough seating for all the guests. Buy and wrap gifts you are giving for the shower.

The day before the shower set up any table and seating needed, decorate, purchase the beverages and set out any supplies. Finally, on the day of the shower, your even planning checklist should have: pick up any food or cakes ordered, put out food, set out a notebook for listing gifts and enjoy the party.

Using Stencils When Decorating Your Home

Sometimes decorating your home can be an extremely frustrating business. You have in mind the exact look that you want but you cannot find what you need to achieve that look. You might have thought of a particular picture that would look great just there or a certain kind of wallpaper and try as you might, you simply can't track it down. You have looked everywhere and you have just about given up hope of finding what you want, so now you are starting to get mad because the whole idea of decorating your own home is to end up with the exact thing that you wanted in the first place and now you think you will have to settle for something else.

Well, don't give up hope just yet. There are usually alternatives and this situation is no different. If the picture or image you are after can be stylized at all, you can probably make a stencil to represent it and then draw, paint or spray paint the image directly onto the surface where you want it. Stencils are not limited to pictures of teddy bears and ducklings for the walls of a baby's nursery. You can create a stencil for almost any image and then transfer it onto the surface yourself.

Stencils can be very small, like leaves or stylized marks such as spirals that you can use to decorate your walls or ceilings in groups or just here and there, as you see fit. They can also be huge - if you are making the stencil then you are in control. I would only suggest that, while for small designs paper is fine as the material out of which to cut the stencil, if you are going to go for a large design you would be better off using a stiff plastic or wood. You can create a stencil several feet across if you feel the need to. Just find the picture and the stencil material and get started. You can even find a small design and enlarge it without losing the proportions by drawing a grid over the original and then drawing a proportionate but obviously much larger grid over the stencil material. Then copy each square of the original design onto the corresponding square on the stencil material and you will have the design marked out perfectly.

Area rugs can also be used to continue the stenciled theme, although if you made the stencil yourself you might have a tough time finding an appropriate rug. In order to overcome this problem try looking for rugs whose shape echoes that of the stencil - for example, a curving rug to echo a curving stencil shape or a geometric rug to echo the angles on your walls. Alternatively, you could go a different route and use the rug to echo the colors used in the stencil while providing a contrasting shape.

When it comes to decorating your home you should not be limited by other people's ideas. It is your home - it should show off your ideas and be a way of showcasing your own inspirations.

Teddy Bears and the Importance of Color Choice

You may wonder, does it matter what color you choose for a stuffed animal? You may assume that they are all fluffy and adorable, so what if this teddy bear is brown or hot pink? Think again. Every color can have a different connotation, and depending on what you want to say, you should choose carefully.

Some colors are inappropriate for certain occasions, and sometimes getting creative with color can really make a gift extra meaningful. This can be a great way to get your gift to stand out from all the rest. Here's an example. Say that you have to buy a teddy bear for a birthday party. There are a lot of colors available, but here are some simple rules to make the choice easier. Say you're giving the gift to someone who likes things elegant and minimalistic. This is not someone for who you'd buy a purple bear. Instead, get the toy in classic colors that match the hues you'd find in the wild, perhaps brown or black. Think of a grizzly bear (brown) or a black bear. Don't get too wild and crazy with color; keep things elegant.

On the other hand, maybe you need to get a gift for someone who's a free spirit. They'd want something lively and fun. Go with colors like purple, blue or green, hues that you would never find on a bear in nature. Make sure the bear is fun and soft, because after all, bright colors invite hugs! Also, consider what mood you want to convey with your stuffed animal. Is it for a happy occasion like a little girl's birthday party? Get it in bright pink! Or if you need to give a toy for a sad occasion, give it in darker colors, like brown or black. It's not appropriate to give a bright rainbow colored bear to someone at a funeral. Or, if someone likes color, but still likes the bear classic, get the bear in a basic color and dress it up in some colorful clothing.

Have fun with it and you can impress people with how you've spiced up their gift. Remember serious occasions call for more natural colored teddy bears, and happy occasions give you the opportunity to choose bright and unusual colors. Just make sure the stuffed animal's form is as exciting, or as elegant, as the color.

Choose carefully. Or keep in mind that you can always embellish a plush bear with clothing appropriate for the occasion. Hopefully this will have taken some of the mystery out of color choices. Now all you have to do is engage your creativity and find the perfect stuffed animal.

John Lowe Darts - Which Set of John Lowe Darts is the Right Set For You

John Lowe Darts have been one of the best selling sets of darts since they were first introduced by darts manufacturing giant Unicorn Products. The original shape that Unicorn designed for the John Lowe Darts is still available to this day. In fact, John Lowe himself still uses the original shaped John Lowe Signature Darts, although he does not use the standard tungsten design. John Lowe has to his name a few sets of Unicorn darts that do not resemble the original design, such as the Unicorn Silver Star range but most of the available John Lowe Darts are based on his very first set.

The majority of the available sets of John Lowe Darts have all had slight modifications, whether it be the grip design has been altered, or they are made from different types of tungsten. This creates a problem for a lot of darts fans and players. You see, many people will buy a set of darts, after a few days they will decide that they are not right for them so they will buy another set, hoping for that quick fix. This has never been more apparent when the line of darts in question is a set used and endorsed by a professional. For instance, John Lowe has a range of darts that are all the same shape, yet one range is available in three different materials, the other has a slightly altered grip and is available in three different materials etc etc, oh, and i forget to mention that every single design is available in at least three different weights. The choices are endless and i have not even started to talk about the huge difference in price.

So how do you start narrowing down which set of John Lowe Darts, if any, is the set which you should buy?

Hiding a Spy Cam - Six Ideal Places in the Living Room

A living room is one of the major rooms where almost all the activity in the house takes place. We live in a world that is highly susceptible to potential hazards like theft and misuse of trust. The usage of spy cams for safeguarding and protecting your family and belongings is nothing new. Since quite some time now the spy cams have been putting us a cut above the rest.

Many humans want to make use of this highly advanced technology for the sheer joy or inquisitiveness about spying. Nevertheless it has changed lives all over by being an invaluable asset both in personal and professional lives. You can install a spy cam to keep a vigilant eye on the nanny to ensure that your kids are looked after with care even in your absence. Another major reason for installing one is to ensure that your partner is not misusing your trust.

Some of the ideal places where the spy cameras can be covertly places are in stuffed teddy bears, Toys, mirrors, lamp stands, flower vases and switches. One of the common gifts that every person gets from a small age is stuffed teddy bears. This is the perfect hideout place for any security camera. The wireless gadget will fit in any place with discretion. Another possible place where you can place a spy cam is in toys, the secure camera will monitor every move of the persons of the entire room.

Technology has opened a whole new world of options for us; a two sided mirror like the ones shown in Hollywood movies has been a trend to install for closer spying. The lamp stands is another possible suggestion where no one will figure that a camera has been fitted. Every home is your personal space and any living space is incomplete without the right flowers. Every covert gadget should adapt to its environment beautifully and easily disguise itself like a chameleon under the object. We humans are susceptible to change, since time immemorial we have moved things around us depending on our taste and mood.
