Create a Bear Party

Teddy bear birthday parties offer a fun and hands on party activity which children of all ages will enjoy and remember for years to come. If you want to hold a Create a Bear party it is not a difficult thing to pull off with a little creativity and the things that you can find round your house!

Invitation ideas:

Cut a piece of card into the shape of a bear and write your invitation on that. On the internet you can find free clipart for this purpose. Make sure you include the request for all the guests to bring their own bear to the party.

Decoration ideas

When kids think of bears they usually think of honey and bees, so a great idea for decorations is lots of yellow and black balloons and banners. If possible have various teddy bears all around the room as well to tie in the theme.

Bear Party - Activities and craft ideas

Make paper dolls that the kids can color and decorate. Use paper plates to make paper bear masks. Then bead a bear collar. Take a picture with all the kids and their own bears and decorate a simple scrapbook page to celebrate the event. Decorate teddy bear cookies with colored icing and various decorations.

Scrapbooking Tips & Techniques: Create Adorable Tear Bears

As many of you love these projects sweet little tear bears you see on cards, tags, album layouts and other paper craft? Tear bears are not as complicated as most people think. It is as easy as 1 ... 2 ... 3 ...

Instructions:

1. Use a pencil to draw a simple diagram on a piece of paper mulberry (simple patterns can be found in coloring books and sewing books on paper or online).

2. Use a very fine point brush, slightly damp (notDrip) and draw the chalk line, then pull out the thin wet line around each piece and each piece aside to dry. Tear along the hairline, the mulberry paper with wet causing fuzzy, but this may be in order, because you want your furry teddy bear (it can rip cub, elephant, frog, etc. .., pull the Bears technique used for projects Most of the other simple sewing on paper).

3. After each piece is dry, use small amount of glue to put up your tears or tear bearcritter together.

Suggestions:

1. Using points for pop, nose, paws and ears to create a special effect.

2. Use chalk to the ears and cheeks.

3. Instead of fussing with a small white eye, instead of using high-quality white felt-tip pen.

4. The thicker the paper that the bear-blurred try different variations of handmade paper.

5. Cater for a very sweet tears, it's all a matter of "details". Add a little bow or flower on it's head, perhaps atotal paper a couple or even a baseball cap or a hat. The sky is the limit with your creation!
